Water Aerobics
Water Aerobics are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30, at which time the pool is closed except for participants.

Memorial Day Clean-up, Barbecue and Pool Opening
An annual tradition is when members gather on Saturday morning of the Memorial Day weekend to clean up the Club House grounds following the winter and to ready the swimming pool for opening. Later, a Happy Hour and Barbecue is held at the Club House.

Saturday Night Potluck Dinners
During the season, every Saturday night at 6:30 p.m., a Potluck Dinner is held at the Club House, beginning with a Happy Hour at 6:00 p.m. It is a time for the gathering of members and also opportunities to meet and welcome new families to Gingercake

July 4 Annual Meeting, Parade and Potluck Dinner
Every year on the Saturday closest to July 4, our Gingercake Annual Business Membership Meeting is held at 10:00 a.m. at the club house, followed by a Board meeting. The date and time of the July 4 celebration parade is decided by the board and varies from year to year. The regular happy hour and potluck are held in the evening.

Pool Closing
The swimming pool closes after the Labor Day weekend. Potlucks continue until the Halloween Party, which is held either at the Schneider’s pit or the club house, depending on the weather.

Labor Day Arts and Crafts Show.
In recent years, an Arts and Crafts Show to display the wares of our resident/member artists has been staged at the Club House on Labor Day weekend.. Discussions are under way to have another show this year, perhaps with a different venue.
